Returns & Exchanges

At Bop Canvases, we want you to love your art as much as we loved creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your canvas within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your canvas in its original protective wrapping and shipping box to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned artwork, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
